Cleanliness, range of facilities, heated pools and water park, tennis and infinity pool. Michael at the recpetion was exceptional, helped out our friend when she broke her foot and needed medical attention. I have uploaded videos on utube, can be seen by searching jaz aquaviva february

Staff: Older staff are excellent, friendly, helpful, understandinghow to speakand respond to guests. While new staff are varying, many are exceptionally qualified and good, some are in need for training for better performance, and some unfortunately, you wonder how they were selected to be JAZ staff. Food: Of course crowds in the restaurants are very stressful, however, I can say that there was a considerable drop in the quality of the cooking. Also, I did miss a fresh juice glass, any fruit, even an orange or a lemon juice , neither at the breakfast nor at any of the resort bars , all-around the day. Airport shuttle: I suggest the Makadi city company, to arrange a scheduled shuttle bus to and from the airport. Reasonable fares shall save guests from the freaky rates by taxis and private transportation.

Aqua park is the most distinguished thing in Jaz Aquaviva. I like they have different aqua parks for different ages. Food variety and quality were excellent. I love how clean the hotel was. Beach bar is very good ( I love pizza man). I love some of a very dedicated persons from staff (Mr Ibrahim from main restaurant and Gouda El Sayed from the bar). Room service was very good. Safety is very good.

Where do I start ... The hotel itself is excellent and spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly and nothing was ever too much for them, Had a family queen room which was spotlessly clean and Mohammed our cleaner was very thorough and friendly leaving different towel sculptures every day, and the room had Aircon ! The food selection suits everyone there was so much choice and variety which changed most days with a separate children's section, as well as huge selection of puddings and cakes, various restaurants to choose from around the Resort, The restaurant staff were amazing and we're happy to fetch you drinks to not disturb your meal and tables were always cleaned down and set up for the next person in good time, Entertainment was great with something different every night with a mixture of solo singers, synchronised swimming to a Friday night white party, There is also a spa offering various packages with a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna to help you relax and enjoy your stay. There is a kids club, fully equipped gym and a video games area around the hotel not forgetting the water park !!! With hardly any wait for the numerous slides. There was 4 pools with separate toddler shallow pools to choose from all clean and very well maintained. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach which runs every half hour till late with stop offs around the Resort to help you get around WiFi around the whole resort even on the beach !! I'm sure I've missed things out Special thank you to zahara in the reception area, Ali in the restaurant and of course Mohammed for keeping the room in great standards. Jaz Aquaviva is an excellent family-friendly resort, especially with its amazing aqua park games that kids will absolutely love. We stayed in a spacious room with a garden view, which was both relaxing and perfect for letting the kids play around freely. The kids’ pool (0-3 years) is thoughtfully covered by a wide umbrella, ensuring protection from the sun—great attention to detail! The food was a highlight of our stay, with plenty of delicious options. During our visit in October, we were treated to an incredible seafood feast featuring shrimp, mussels, crabs, and more. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating; when I requested milk for the kids during dinner, they kindly provided a bottle as a complimentary gesture.
